8am - 12 mile trail race in wildwood. Legs tired from night before, but I think I still remember how to run! Trail time definitely slower than road race, and whew 2 mile hill on rock hollow path was grueling, but the run back down was worth it. Need to do more of these!

WOD alt for 12 min 4 deadlifts (135#), 4 burpees, 4 thrusters (2-20#) and then 6 of each the top of the next min. Back and forth for 12 minutes - only got through tenth minute and called uncle! 1000 meter row as a penalty

9:30 - Crossfit - great WOD today! strength work - 8X5 backsquats and pushups up to 103# WOD: 5 rds 10 kb swings (50#) 5 pullups, 3 rounds 5 squat clean and jerks(83#) 10 burpees, 30 cone touches, 50 cal row 18:15. All swings unbroken - yeah!
12:00 - spinach and ahi tuna salad at Tavern restaurant - good but WAY overpriced!
3:30 - massage with Ramon - awesome
6:00pm - munching on paleo granola now and making broccoli to go with leftover pumpkin turkey burger and little bit of curry pork and sweet potato.
8:00 - needed a sweet - had a banana with a little bit of sunflower butter and melted choc chips. Really need to figure out some night time healthy treats that are not too sinful.

9:00 - crossfit workout. Benchmark workout today. 12 chest to deck pushups, 7 dh pullups, 14 kipping pullups 37inch box jump, 12 kte, 2min 15%incline run at 5.5 then WOD 10 rounds 200m row 30 sec rest.
