Monday

Swim wu 250m, 5min on , 2 min off X2, 1min on , 30 sec off X5

Crossfit - 1 mile run with Christy and 20 minute amrap of 15 squats, 10 pullups, 15 kb swings, 5 burpees. I think 8 rounds - totally ripped my hands - ughhhh
