Well, Thanksgiving is over and the indulging must stop! Back on track today with a couple of new recipes:

6am - banana and sunflower butter

6:15- 4 miles on treadmill

10:45 - eggwhite scramble with spinach, turkey, mushrooms, tomato, feta, avacado

1:30 - handful of walnuts and dried cranberries

5:00 - Paleo Mama's Chili and Pomegranate Spinach Salad (see recipes). Both were great. I used 96% lean ground beef and stew meat. Added a can of beans for my non-paleo family and they all loved it.
