Friday, November 12th

Haven't written in awhile - took a break and went to Florida for a little vacation - which always puts me on a backslide on my eating! Going again next week, so this may be shortlived!

5:00 - banana and sunflower butter

5:15am - bootcamp - circuits and step

6:30 - crossfit - top of each minute for 20 minutes - 1 thruster, 2 shuttle runs, 1 pullup 2 shuttle runs next minute - alternate until 10 of each. second wod - 1 kb swing, 1 kte, 1 shuttle run - add on kbswing & kte each minute - finished 11 rounds.

8:00 - breakfast - my new go to easy meal - turkey apple salad (see recipe on recipe page)
