Monday, 11/29

5:00 - banana and sunflower butter

6:15 - 1/2 hour on stationary bike

9:00 - protein shake with banana, pomegranate seeds, greek yogurt, coconut

12:30 - harvest salad at deweys

4:00 - crossfit w/o - practice cleans and toes to bar - WOD 40-30-20 db thrusters, ttb 10:54 (2-20# thrusters)

6:00 - egg scramble with spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes, feta and turkey sausage
