9:30 - push press 3X6 2X5 - last set 85lb - only 3, ring dips, pushups, toe to bar WOD: 15 kb swings 35#, 25 sit ups, 12 swings, 15 situps, 9 swings, 25 situps, 12 swings, 15 situps, 15 swings 4:52

11:30 - curried beef and butternut squash, asparagus, clementine orange

3:00 - apple and sunflower butter

5:30 - 1 piece of lexie's pizza bubble bread

7:30 - chicken
