Friday, Oct 22nd

5am - banana and sunflower butter

5:15 - bootcamp - ab work, 100 double unders

7:30 - mango chicken slaw

9:30 crossfit - windmills and ringwork - Fight Gone Bad - 280 rx

12:30 - salad with chicken, iced tea

4:00 - larabar

6:30 - steak salad at corner bar and grill

8:00 - handful of raisenets at the movies - social network, good flick!
