Sunday, Oct 24th

slept in!

7:30 - banana and sunflower butter

10:30 - 1/2 sandwich thin round with sunflower butter and honey
11:00 - crossfit HOA wod - 20 min length
12:00 - lunch - hamburger (no bun) squash and corn, iced tea
2:45 - 100 Double Unders - day 6
3:00 - watermelon
4:00 - spicy cheese taquito at QT - WHAT came over me??
6:00 - chicken, green beans carrot, salad
8:00 watermelon and handful of cashews
