THursday, Oct 28th

5:00 banana and sunflower butter

5:30 crossfit - FILTHY FIFTY!!! 20:22 double under work is paying off! Day 10 - 100 double unders.

6:45 - Endurance workout - 5 - 800's with 2min rest in between 3:12, 3:10, 3:10, 3:09, 3:02

8:00 - Chicken and vegi scramble and watermelon
