Saturday, Oct 23

6:00 banana and sunflower butter

6:30 - 6 mile run with darby and dawn - great weather, great company!!
100 double unders - day 5

7:30 protein shake with banana, pineapple, greek yogurt, coconut

1:00 - barbeque sandwich and vinegar based coleslaw

4:00 carrot sticks & canteloupe

7:00pm - lean hamburger with portabella and guacamole, squash, corn - glass of wine

9pm - choc covered strawberries
