Thursday, October 21st

5:00am - banana and sunflower butter

5:30 - crossfit - 4X max reps of pullups (6,5,4,5) 3X max pushups (15,15,15) 2X max strict KTE (10,8) 3 rope climbs . WOD 400row 40 squats 300row 30 situps 200 row 20 pushups 100 row 10 pulllups. CFE - 3min run @7.5%incline 7mph, 3 min rest, 2 min 7.5, 2min rest, 1 min 8.0mph, 1 min rest, 2 min on, 2 off, 3 on.

100 double unders (44 unbroken!)

8:00am - beef, green beans, canteloupe

12:45 - roasted veggie sandwich with mushroom, red peppers, goat cheese & bread (couldnt get around it!) and salad

4:00 apple & cashews

6:oo salmon, broccoli, cupcake from jilly's cupcakery (my major sin of the day!)
