Friday, July 16th

5am - banana and sunflower butter
5:30 - boot camp - swiss ball class

7:45 - CFE workout #2 for week 1: 4x400 at the track with 4min rest in between. 1:28,1:27,1:30, 1:28.

8:15 scrambled eggs with turkey, tomato, avacado, and watermelon.
