5am - 1/2 banana and sunflower butter

5:30 - crossfit - worked on kb cleans and snatches. WOD - 5 rds SB drag,10 jump squats, sbdrag, there and back wtd lunges 25#.

7:30 - greek yogurt, pomegranate seeds, honey
