7:00am - banana and sunflower butter

7:30 - run wod - 1 mile warm up, 5 rds 800m run, 15 KTE, 10 pushups - 26:34

8:30 - mini lara bar

9:00 - crossfit - warm up 500m row, 4X10 backsquat, ring rows, abwheel work (tough!) WOD: partner with Jamie - each do 500m row, then 12 sandbag drags together, then I do 30 pullups, 30 dbthrusters, jamie does 30 burpees, 30 kb swings, then 12 more drags and each 500 m row: 13:56 i think!

10:30 - mini lara bar

12:00 Crazy bowls and wraps - high protein bowl - steak, chicken, vegis

3:00 - choc chip cookie

7:00 - munchies at highland brewery and glass of wine
