6am - banana and sunflower butter

6:30 - crossfit - practice hang power snatch - needs work!! Blaster wod - 2X 50 squats, 50 lunges, 20 jumping squats, 20 jumping lunges - 7:54.

8:15 - chicken and vegi egg scramble

12:30 - steak salad at Molly Darceys

2:30 - 100 double unders - Day one of self imposed double under challenge - 100 double unders every day for 30 days.

4:00 larabar

6:00 - chicken breast, yellow squash, broccoli

8:00 - licked the bowl of banana bread
