Day 9 - 100 double unders
Wednesday, OCtober 27th

5:00 banana and sunflower butter

7:30 chicken and butternut squash

9:30 - crossfit - cleans wod: 7 rounds 10 wall balls 14# 10 pullups 9:26

12:00 - steak salad at molly darcys

3:00 larabar

6:30 - dinner at chevys - 2 fish tacos and 1/2 of a sopapilla for dessert - YUM!
