Monday Oct 25th

5:15 banana and sunflower butter

7:30 - chicken and vegi egg scramble, canteloupe

9:30 - crossfit workout - renegade rows and romanian deadlifts, wod: 2min on/1min off
row cal, burpees, sdlhp, ring pushups

12:30 - cpk - moroccan chicken salad

3:00 - chocolate chip cookie

6:00 - lean hamburger no bun, corn, butternut squash

8:00 - chocolate chip cookie
