Day 62 - Saturday

6:00am - oatmeal with craisins and walnuts

7:00am - 10 mile run - forest park to tower grove park and back - BEAUTIFUL! Felt good this morning

10:00 - low cal turkey wrap at Einsteins - sprouts, turkey lettuce, tomato, cucumber

1:30 - Moroccan Chicken salad - cpk

3:45 - orange and macadamia nuts

7:15 - flank steak with avacado chimichurri sauce (see recipe page), butternut squash, asparagus - Yumm - stuffed!
