Day 55 - Saturday When is this challenge over???

6:00am - oatmeal with blueberries and bananas

7:00am - 20 mile run - started at starbucks at wydown and hanley and ran clayton, ucity, park, clayton - legs definitely heavy from crossfit this week, but got it done!

Lara bar - 1/2 at mile13, 1/2 at end

1:00 salmon spinach salad at Hanleys Tap - tasted amazing - resisted the roll but had a bite of jeff's mushroom barley soup - their food is really good!

3:30 - strawberries and macadamia nuts

6:00 - crossfit cooking event - lots of great food - thanks for hosting a wonderful event - need recipes for the beet salad and the orange olive onion dish.

9:00 - banana and sunflower butter
